This perl script responds to three types of calls: list paper, search paper, and show source. In the first two cases, it reads a local set of BibTex files, and produces a html page containing the paper information requested. In the third case, it lists various source files for the program.

• List paper - in specific area and with specific publication type.
• Search paper - with a keyword in the title or author fields.
• Source files - list source, config, and input files for getpaper.pl.
