The APU Homepage
Welcome to the Algebraic Programming Utilities homepage.
APU is a collection of C++ routines which implement resultant-based
methods to solve various algebraic-geometric problems. Here's a sampling
of problems APU has been used to solve:
- Counting and enumerating the number of real roots of systems of
polynomials.
- Geometric theorem proving.
- Implicit point location for geometric modeling.
- Robust intersection of surfaces for geometric modeling.
Note: Code for the above applications is under revision and has not been
included in the current version of APU.
