Massing Studies
Comparison of elevations of Soda Hall (blue) with the elevation of
Etcheverry hall (olive), its originally planned extension wings (red),

It is clear that Soda Hall as constructed presents by far the least imposing
silhouette for the residential neighbor hood to the North
(to the right in the picture).
