About Me

I'm a fifth year doctoral student in Computer Science at UC Berkeley.

I work on Statistical Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning with Dan Klein in the NLP group. I work primarily on statistical models for inducing linguistic and other kinds of useful structure from raw text.

I was an undergraduate at Stanford University. There, I was a math major and a research assistant in Andrew Ng's Machine Learning Research Group in the Stanford AI Lab.

I have also been associated with the NLP group at Stanford, run by Christopher Manning.
