I am a fifth year graduate student at UC Berkeley in the Computer Science Department. My interests are in machine learning and graphical models with application to computational biology. I'm working with Professor Michael Jordan, from the Computer Science Department, and Professor Steven Brenner, from the Department of Plant and Microbial Biology.
