Please Read This Important Note
This software contains encryption technology that is controlled for export by the U.S.
Government. The software may also be subject to import and/or use regulations in
foreign countries. For more information on the U.S. Export Administration
Regulations ("EAR"), 15 C.F.R. Parts 730-774, and the Bureau of Export

Before permitting the download of this software, U.S. export laws require that you certify the following:

I warrant that I:
understand that this software, and its underlying technology, is subject
to export controls under the EAR;
am not located in an ineligible destination country under the EAR or
U.S. sanctions regulations (currently including Afghanistan
(Taliban-controlled areas), Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Serbia
(except Kosovo), Sudan and Syria);
am not a Denied Party, Specially Designated National, or other person
or entity prohibited from receiving exports by U.S. law; and
will not export or re-export the software and other licensed materials to
any prohibited destination, entity or individual without the necessary
export license(s) from the U.S. Government.
