I am a fifth-year Ph.D. student in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences department at the University of California at Berkeley, working in the Computer Vision Group advised by Professor Jitendra Malik. My primary research interest lies in the area of computer vision and machine learning with focus on object and scene recognition, image segmentation and content-based video retrieval. Before coming to Berkeley, I completed my bachelor's degree with honor in Electrical Engineering at California Institute of Technology.
