Q. I have a petition that I need signed by the Vice Chair for Undergraduate Matters. What should I do?

A. Please submit the petition to the EECS Center for Student Affairs office in 205 Cory. Also, the staff have a great deal of experience with these matters and can advise you on your petition, so I encourage you to take advantage of their expertise and see if they have any feedback for you before submitting your petition. They can also guide you through the process, if you need help. I will review and sign petitions submitted to 205 Cory approximately once a week. This procedure is designed to ensure that every petition is reviewed in a timely fashion.

Please don't send petitions directly to me; instead, submit them to the staff in 205 Cory. I don't want to inadvertently lose your petition.

Q. I'd like to get advice or feedback from the Vice Chair for Undergraduate Matters. What should I do?

A. Please feel free to drop by my office (733 Soda) any time! If my door is open, you are welcome to drop by and talk to me. Or, you can come during my office hours, Tuesdays, 4-5pm (for the Fall 2009 semester). Or, feel free to send me email, and I'll try to respond as soon as I can.
