The command is +makerandom, as in

pgp +makerandom=4000 file.ext

PGP will now create a file called "file.ext" (or "randseed.bin" if
the filename is omitted) containing 4000 random bytes. There is a
bug in this routine, which makes the output far less random than
normal. I'm not sure if it has been fixed in the latest 2.6.*i
version (it's not in the MIT version).
