Card Key Access To Soda Hall

This information was copied from spring 1999. It should still be accurate, and I'll try to verify that soon. Note that the blue card keys no longer grant access to the building. New card keys are white.

If you currently have an active card key but not access to Soda

You need to fill out a light purple "Cardkey Access Request" form available from the front desk of the CS Division Office (387 Soda Hall). This enables you to use the same cardkey to access Soda Hall. Please enter "CS267" for "Class(es)" and return the form to the front desk. You do not have to pay deposit and your card key access should be ready in a few days.

If you do not have a card key

You need to obtain a white "Access Control System" form available from the front desk of the CS Division Office (387 Soda Hall). Please fill out the following entries and give the form to your TA (Jason Riedy) for signature.

The requested duration is spring 2000, and the clearance is CS267.

Please note that you have to pay $10 for the card key, and $15 as a refundable deposit.
