Electronic
Travel Assistance
for Windows CE on HP
Jornada is a UC Berkeley
Fall 20001 CS160
(User Interface) project managed by four members: Sean
Lee, Jun
Mak, Bikas
Tomkoria, and Fahd
Elbolichikhi.
Our target audiences
for the software are budget travelers such as college students who
feel comfortable using technology such as PC, and Internet. We would
like our users to use our software on their Windows CE devices while
traveling instead of relying on their travel handbooks. Because,
it will provide them with more updated data as well as easier search
and navigation capability.
The project
is divided into several phases listed on right side. Each of the
phase are documented and is available in both HTML format and Adobe
Acrobat PDF format*.
* In order
to view PDF documents, you need to have the Adobe Acrobat reader
installed on your computer or download it for free at Adobe
corporate website.
Also, PowerPoint slides and Word document require Microsoft PowerPoint
and Microsoft Word applications to be viewed.
