CS260 Project Checkpoint 2/28/02

Please prepare a 5-minute presentation describing progress so far on your project. You can use overheads, whiteboard, or powerpoint/HTML. If your presentation is electronic, please send it to me (by email or web link) not later than 9am on 2/28/02. There wont be time to change over laptops, so I need all presentations available to load on one computer.

The presentation should be short (say 5 slides) and discuss:

• The problem you are addressing, including the target user community if appropriate.
• The approach you are taking (say 2 slides). Where this fits in with the course content.
• What first steps you have taken.
• An approximate schedule for the rest of the semester.

I'd like a printed copy of your presentation as well. Use 4 or 6 slides to a page in Powerpoint, to save paper.
