We have three instances of the MyAmazonPlus service running on our server. The resources for each instance are available for download.

The Java source code for these service instances can be downloaded here. The jar files you need to compile the source are available for download here.

The C# source code for the MyAmazonPlus client that talks to the aforementioned services can be downloaded here. The precompiled binary with required libraries for the same client can be downloaded here.
