The reading assignment for Wednesday for CS 258 is to read the following two papers:
  1. Performance Analysis of k-ary n-cube Interconnection Networks, Bill Dally, Appears in IEEE Transactions on Computers, Vol. 39, No 6, July 1990
  2. Virtual-channel Flow Control, Bill Dally, Appears in IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems, Vol 3, No 2, March 1992
You must also:
Write one paragraph about each paper. You should briefly summarize the arguments, then describe your opinions on and reactions to the issues introduced in the papers.
