In particular, the brainstorming session aims to engage workshop participants in defining the API for the community network services infrastructure, which will constitute a platform for social innovation.  The session will use real-world observations of a microfinance information technology project in Uganda as a starting point to stimulate everyone to contribute their creative energies.
