Meromit Singer's (née Schuster's)
Homepage

I'm a graduate student in the CS
department at UC
Berkeley, privileged to be advised by Lior
Pachter.
I am interested in practical and theoretical aspects of epigenetics on a genomewide scale.
Keywords: epigenomics, DNA methylation, algorithms, statistics, short-read sequencing.
This year I am supported by the 2009 Microsoft Research Women's Scholarship.
Before
coming to Berkeley I received a BSc in Computer Science and Biology
(double major) through the Bioinformatics program at Tel-Aviv
University.
During that period I was fortunate to work with Eran Segal's research group at the Weizmann Institute and with Shaul Yalovsky's research group at Tel-Aviv University.
You're welcome to contact me at: meromit <at>
cs.berkeley.edu
Also, I'm a frequent listener to talks on algorithmic mechanism design.
