      Runs ARPA I^3 plus one other program, replaced Shrobe
      Likes "bridge" - intermediate-level work between basic and applications
      Wants 1-2 pages sent via Gio Wiederhold
Rockwell (Moises et al) like the idea, will release code and support students
Stanford will support u/g research students
Galper and Dagum code is in Smalltalk
C++ ANSI standard expected Any Day Now
