classrooms, instructional computer rooms and research labs.

Looks: simple, modern, high-tech; should fit in with surrounding buildings
and be "gentle" on the residential neighborhood.
Inside: light, airy feeling; lot's of windows (openable).

Special needs: extensive and flexible communications needs;
close to one hundred wires or fibres into each office;
it should be easy to add new ones.

Hard Campus limit: Gross 100,000 sqft, assignable 60,000 asf.
