I'm considering to sublet my studio from (roughly) May 20 to June 27. I will be gone to Finland during that time. The studio is 20'x12' (quite spacious!), with a 10'x10' kitchen, a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a shower. It is fully furnished with a very comfy Queen bed, couch, desk & library, computer station and well equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, etc.). It is a located on the North-East corner of the top floor (4th) of Sequoia apartment, at the corner of Haste and Telegraph (see map). It has plenty of natural light and a nice view on Berkeley Hills (see pictures and a video [14 MB]).
I'm currently paying 900$ per month (850$ rent + 50$ for phone & DSL). All utilities are included (yes, electricity is included also). The price will be negotiated according to your needs, time of stay and how comfortable I will be to sublet to you. You will have access to a 2.4 GHz Pentium 4 computer with high speed DSL (and wireless networking), laser printer and scanner. Other stuff includes microwave, dishwasher, and even air conditioning! Local phone calls also included. No parking space available (I use City CarShare), but there is space in the joint entrance with the neighbor's apartment to store a bike (like you can see in the video).
