Goal:
To use information technology to address serious societal challenges -
an addiction to dirty energy and global climate change. My broad
academic interests are in networks and distributed systems. Much of my
work involves applications of sensor networks, an interesting intersection of these two areas.
Currently:
Ph.D. Candidate in Computer Science at the University of California -

Advised by Professor David Culler
Update: I have accepted a position as a Research Scientist at the new IBM Research lab in Nairobi, Kenya. I will be starting in September, 2013.
